End of School Year - 2012-2013

This year was a year of change for Lizzie.  In October we moved from the wonderful Discovery Elementary (where she knew and loved everyone) to Castilio Elementary.   We figured since she was only in 2nd grade it wouldn't be too tough.   She handled it like such a champ..although it was a little tough.  But I am SOOOO proud of her!  She has made new friends and had an excellent year at her new school.   I was so excited to attend her award's day.   She got three awards....

Lizzie received awards for ALMOST PERFECT Attendance...which meant she only missed less than 3 days.  She missed one day...the first week of when she started new school she had a high fever, but other than that, SUPER healthy the rest the year.

This award to my suprise was given to only 1 boy and 1 girl per class...and she was chosen!  

This just absolutly warms my heart, because we try so hard to instill in our kiddos kindness, respect with everyone (kids, adults, etc) and that is what this award represented!  So proud of my Lizzie!!!

Poor little thing had a little cold...you can see it in her eyes :(   She wasn't sick all year, but felt a little under the weather...nothing a little Tylenol couldn't get her through the most fun day of the year.  Could see she was starting to fade here.

Ava's 11th Birthday!!!

Happy 11th Birthday Ava!!  Ava is 100% all about Scooby Doo...all the time :)  So a Scooby Doo cake was just perfect for her big day!!

Ava - you are getting to be such a big girl!  You are such a sports freak it is crazy...an unbelievable athlete that literally excels at any sport she so desires.  Right now your number one love is basketball and I can't wait to watch you as you grow older and see where that leads you.  I have not one ounce of advice to give you in that department b/c I was a pro at AIR BALLS!!  Your into anything SCOOBY Doo right now, you have your whole room decorated like it and any chance you get, you are picking something up Scooby Doo at the store :)   You have such a sweet caring heart with your little brother Landry & Bella...such a great big sister and a big helper!!!   Your dad and I love you very much!!!

Had a great celebration this weekend for Bell's 3rd birthday!!!! Friday night had a little immediate fam celebration with all the kiddos. They are such clowns :)

These pics I just found on my iPad...pretty much sums up my crazy girls. They were being so funny while having out little immediate fam party for Bella the day before the big family party. Grace and Ava were going back to their momma's bc it was Mother's Day so we did an early birthday celebration for Bells so they could give her their presents. It was so funny!
Bella was beyond excited to finally be getting her presents for being 3!! She had a princess crown that she had gotten from school that she literally did not take off for days!

As I sit here typing this out Landry has soured my robe in fresh spit up & filled his diaper quite full in a matter of seconds. Then let out the cute "Coo" and "Ahh". Guess he is nice and relieved as now he has the biggest grin while sucking on his hand:). Love it. All at 6:04am on this Friday

Love the start of this weekend...no I seriously do :). Feeling so blessed to have such healthy kids in all their beds lately. Life gets so hectic but it's moments like these I just relish. He is getting so big! Some lady at the store today asked if he was in 9 month clothes.....what?? No he is not that big lady!! He is just getting too big for the 3 month clothes:). Let's get into 6 months first. Funny what people say.

Girls & even Landry were all still asleep at 7am.  I had homemade cinnamon rolls from Pioneer Woman in the oven making the house smell devine!!  That seemed to wake them up :)

It was an absolute GORGEOUS day for Easter this year.  It was low 70's and just beautiful!!

Had a great time at chuch and spending the day with family.  

Very blessed we are as a family!!
