Landry is 1 week old!!

It's been a great first week little guy!! You are such a chill baby and really sleep a ton :). Besides the first night of allowing mommy to get 2 hrs of sleep total, you have totally made up for it.
Each night since you have slept a good 3-4 hour intervals which is all I can ask for at this point. You actually were not letting me get that much sleep while you were in my belly :).
The girls absolutely love you and want to hold you as much as possible. Bella was a little "uninterested" at first but now is smitten by you :). She calls you "Baby"

It has been a wonderful first week....you did give mommy a little scare when we had to go to the lab 3 days in a row for your jaundice levels. The poor women in that lab just hated when I walked in bc they knew you were just going to be screaming straight for 10 minutes while they drew your blood. But on Thursday we got good news that your levels had dropped to normal levels and no more blood work was needed. I wasn't sure I could take you back again for another round of testing. It was so hard to see you in such pain. I can't imagine being a parent if a child that has to do those types of tests often for other sicknesses. Makes me truly count my blessings everytime I look at each one of my healthy children :)

Happy Birthday Landry Wade!!!!

Welcome to the world my other favorite man....my Landry was born on January 18th, 2013 at 3:35pm  born big like sister Bella...exactly the same at 8lbs 11oz and 21 inches :). All just like Bella!!
He is so perfect and thinking he is pretty much a lone of Wade agin :). Dominant genes I tell ya Daddy has!!

I was at 39 weeks and 3 days and was just done, couldn't sleep, HORRIBLE heartburn and acid reflux and mentally over the being ginormous!!  I gained almost 50lbs which was  way more than i ever ddid with Lizzie and Bella so needless to say it was hard to get around at the end   With te oter girls it was 30lbs for both.
Wade and I went in for scheduled induction at 6:30am to Mo Bap. I was so excited as my cervix just wasn't budging so who know when he was going tommakebit on his own. Don't think I could have gone much longer and stayed sane :). So 5:15 rolls around, showered and called the hospital to make sure they had beds open. Thank god...they did!!  So off we went at 6am!  It was quite weird to be going in without any contractions knowing he was on his way.  All others came on their own, but this was awesome...we had time to get all the girls organized and where they needed to be.

It took awhile to get checked inad settled...but the medicine finally were getting pumped in around 9am.   Nurse first checked me and I was at 5-6 cm which was great!!  So we started the potossin and relaxed and payed waiting game:).  About noon Dr. Matuszek came in and broke my water....such a weird feeling but glad I didn't have the epidural yet so I could actually feel it :).
Then the contractions really got good....felt them for about 45 min before I was ready for Dr. To come in for epidural. It was about 1ish when epidural was in and I was feeling nothing.  Went pretty quick after that....and after 4 whole pushes baby Landry was in the world at 3:35  I couldn't believe how quick he came once I got to 10m

He is so perfect and everyone just loves him so much. Such a blessing God has graced us with such a perfect Angel.
